9 LARGE ARKANSAS QUARTZ PLATE CLUSTER RAINBOWS - ETSY EN ESPAÑA

This 9” (L) x 8.5” (W) x 2.25” (H) quartz plate is a beautiful table display piece! It was mined from the commercial site at Twin Creeks Mine 2021. Height measured at thickest corner of sandstone matrix. Tallest point is 1” from top of sandstone matrix. Weight is 131.2 oz (8.2 lbs or 3.7kg) This water clear-to-translucent quartz plate features crystal points of various terminations and facet cuts, including penetrating points. One point features a Diamond Window that appears to lean very slightly left. (See picture with close-up of diamond window) Self healed breaks and natural key imprints, with no miner-caused damage. Features areas of quartz matrix protruding between the crystals. The glittery sandstone base has black manganese sprinkled throughout. The sandstone matrix was tile sawed to remove excess weight. Some points have internal fractures and mirror planes that cast rainbows in the sunlight. Crystals have a slick luster in the sunlight, revealing beautiful striations and etchings on the points.
