INS-EM-28702079 Description of work: • full-time work at a logistics company; • arranging invoices for payment; • preparing payment orders for the bank; • communicating with suppliers regarding invoices and services, requesting missing information; • preparing files for tax declarations; • communicating with banks; • preparing cash flow, financial reports for the management; • other daily tasks as requested by the director. requirements: • fluent english and spanish, other languages are an asset; • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience; • able to prioritize, multitask; • time management skills; • analytical skills; • knowledge of spanish accounting rules and procedures; • able to work overtime when needed. • must have necessary documents to work and live in spain. payment fixed salary + bonuses for overtime work / performance. salary will depend on your knowledge, experience and skills. full time work in the office from 9 am till 6 pm with 1 hour lunch break. no possibility for teleworking. office location - cancelada, estepona.
