Proofing Process: By default, we do not provide proofs for every order unless specifically requested by the customer on the order form. This is done in order to streamline the production process and offer shorter processing times. If you require a proof of your design before proceeding with production, please clearly communicate this request at the time of placing your order and we will send a digital mockup within 5-6 business days. If more than 2 proofs are needed for your product, additional days will need to be added to the processing time as well as an additional fee to cover extra design time. By choosing not to request a proof, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided specifications, including but not limited to design, spelling, grammar, dimensions, and other details. We will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies that may occur in the final product if a proof was not requested. Our designers have the right to exercise their artistic freedom and professional judgment when creating designs, unless a proof or specific design is requested by the customer on the order form. 2. Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping services for domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our processing time is normally 2 weeks before shipment. Rush processing and shipment can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us to discuss the options. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location. 3. Color Variances: Due to monitor variations, colors may slightly differ from the final printed product.
