This Mexican tortillero is handmade with Volcanic Stone, a very resistant and natural material used by our ancestors. This tortilla warmer is made of volcanic stone, a strong stone that can be used directly on the grill. This stone withstands high temperatures and stays hot for a very long time due to its high thermal mass. So it can keeps your tortillas hot for half and hour after serving. This tortilla warmer is hand made by Mexican craftsmen. The parota wood lid is handpainted by ourselves. The paint process takes a couple of days to finish. Also, the lid is lacquered to protect the Wood and the paint. Note: If your want a lid with an specific patter or color, please write us to check your specifications. The combination of the parota wood and the volcanic stone achieve a perfect balance that will look incredible on your table.
