My original watercolor painting is of Lake Oberon in Tasmania. The most beautiful landscape in the world! (or one of them!). Maybe one day I can go there! It is slightly over 11 x 14 " or (27 x 35 cm) - including the white border around the edge. Artist quality watercolor paint was used Winsor and Newton and Sennelier brand watercolors in this case) on Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton 300gm 140 lb soft press paper, assuring colors will not fade or change for many years (100 or more if at all). Watercolor paintings are best protected under glass with a mat and frame, but I do treat all my paintings with a layer of Schminck’s watercolor fixative so they are protected from until the time you frame them. It ships in an archival sleeve in a reinforced bubble wrap envelope so that it arrives free of moisture or handling damage.
