Perfect for people who like the nature beeing only 15 minutes from the city center Barcelona. As it is not as warm as in the city so it is perfect to rent in the summertime. There is no need for a car as train station is 5 minutes walking distance away from the private apartment. Recommended to young people.
Nice apartment of 35 sqm with small garden available and with garage for bicycles or motorcycle. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with toilet and shower. 1 double room of 15 sqm with double bed cupboard and table. The entry hall is 5 sqm big . Quiet and with beautiful views. The apartment is under a 170 sqm house. The garden has to be shared with the persons who are living in the house : a french woman with her 19 years old child and other respectfull and discret tenants. The apartment is located in the quarter of “La Floresta” (Sant Cugat del Valles) behind the mountain of “Tibidabo”. it is easy to park close to the house for free.

There is a bus stop L3-L4 in the street that leads directly to the station if you do not wish to walk.
It is a very pleasant and quiet village, there are only houses. Bakery,Farmacie and bar nearby.
20 min by train to “Plaza Cataluña”
10 min by car to Barcelona through the “Tunel de Valvidrera”.

HOW TO GET THERE
From the airport : Take the train RENFE from the Airport and get off at SANTS STATION then take L5 and stop at DIAGONAL/PROVENZA and then catch (FGC Cercanias S1 in the direction of “Terrassa” or the S2 in the direction of “Sabadell” . Get off at station “La Floresta”. It taks 20 minutes by train from the centre of Barcelona. The owner will collect you from at the train station if you want to or you can take a bus L4 that drops you directly 1 min away from the house. Stop called Plaza Pere Planas
