Our papercuts are carefully designed with attention to detail, and then cut into A4 card. They are supplied either on their own, or fitted inside our optional floating-effect frames. The frames feature a central D-ring, and can be hung on a wall. Our floating effect glass frames are all sourced from a local frame supplier. They are available in various frame colours and sizes. The standard sized frames measure 12x10" - That is the size of the glass, and the size of the whole frame, including both the glass and the moulding will be slightly larger than this. We also offer an upgrade, larger size 14x11" frame in all the same colour moulding options. These papercuts are available in a selection of card colours - Please see the colour guide (additional image). We are not responsible for any miss-spelling. Please double-check your spelling before communicating your names to us. COLOURS: - Where possible we try to show the frame and card colours as accurately as we can in our images. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your monitor or device's colour display settings. Our frames can also vary depending on differences in the moulding. For card colours, we have very carefully created our card colour chart (see this listing's additional images), however this can also vary slightly depending on availability so if you require an exact colour, please contact us before ordering. We will always use our best judgement and send the closest colours we can. Our frames are occasionally made from real wood, and occasionally artificial wood. If you would prefer one or the other, please contact us to ask what is available. PRODUCTION: - This item takes us just a few days to make. We always try to exceed our own expectations when processing orders. However, please allow us the full time as specified in our etsy listings, as we like to ensure the quality of our production. Please note that for personalised items, we do not send any proof images, unless specifically requested by the customer - Please note that if you request a proof this may slow down the dispatch of your item, while we wait for your reply. If there is any issue with production for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we require additional information before we can create your item, this may slow down the dispatch of your item. We are not responsible for any production delays due to non-communicative customers. UK DELIVERY: - We send our deliveries in the UK via either Royal Mail 2nd class (2-4 working days), 1st class (1-2 working days), or next day delivery, depending on your chosen method. All of our items are sent out via signed for methods with a tracking number - This means that they will require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Any items which are unclaimed/uncollected, after a missed delivery and a card has been left must be collected within the advised time from your local depot or they may be returned back to us by the delivery company- If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another delivery. If a second delivery is required through no fault of ours, such as item not collected, then the customer will be required to pay for another delivery attempt. Our shipping costs include both the delivery costs and packaging. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: - For our standard international shipping, it usually takes between 7-14 days for your item to arrive, but please allow up to 28 days. All of our items are sent out via signed for methods with a tracking number - This means that they will require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in postage, as we can not help what happens once our items are in the hands of the delivery companies. Please note that you may be required to pay import tax on your items - You, the customer is liable for any import tax, so please check your country's tax costs before ordering.
