The sheep in Berber tribes are renowned worldwide for producing the best wool with an extremely soft texture. This vintage rug was exclusively handmade by women of Beni Ourain tribes, with free-flowing designs that depict their history and lives. Each rug has a story after it. Thus, Beni Ourain rugs are a unique and beautiful piece of art. No two rugs are similar. The rugs were made initially for personal use and utilized in the cooler seasons, mainly as beddings.
