Son discos antiguos, de segunda mano y sonido aceptable aunque yo creo que además con una buena limpieza (he leído que los discos pueden limpiarse pero yo nunca lo he hecho y prefiero evitarlo no sea que me lo cargue) su calidad de sonido puede mejorar. De todas maneras si alguien me compra un disco antes de pagarse y cerrar la venta se enviarían por correo electrónico fragmentos de audio para que el comprador coteje la calidad del sonido... y si no le convence se anula venta y tan amigos (prefiero no cerrar la venta a que alguien me adquiera algo que luego le defraude y como estos artículos dependen del sonido y el sonido no puedo describirlo en el texto pues...). Ni que decir tiene que antes de vender un disco lo he escuchado para cerciorarme de que no está rayado (tampoco es que mi tocadiscos sea la leche pero funciona y se escucha) y todo disco rayado ya ha sido descartado. Tarifa plana de envío. Los costes de envío son 5,95 euros (compres un único objeto, compres tres o compres siete... van en el mismo envío y por lo tanto sólo se paga una vez los gastos), son siempre envíos certificados, sólo se usa el servicio de correos, siempre se mandará al comprador código de seguimiento y el pago será por transferencia o ingreso en sucursal de Caixabank. El disco irá envuelto en papel burbuja y cartón rodeando a la funda y al disco (que obviamente va dentro de la funda) Al ser residente en Canarias los envíos siempre tardan algo más (lo normal por un certificado de menos de dos kilos son 7-10 días desde que se manda), considera esto antes por si prefieres buscar otro vendedor que te garantice mayor rapidez (y puede que incluso más barato).

El 11 de Marzo de 2016, Columbia/Legacy Recordings, publicó " You and I", las primeras grabaciones de estudio realizadas por Jeff Buckley para Columbia Records. TODO EXC BUEN ESTADO, ESTA EDICION CONTIENE EL ENCARTE INTERIOR Y TAMBIEN EL BONITO LABEL CON EXCLUSIVO DISEÑO El productor Bill Ham, que se había encargado de esa tarea con Zz Top desde su primer trabajo fué el elegido también de orientar el sonido del trio tejano hacía derroteros desconocidos para cualquier fan de la banda a comienzos de los ochenta. La unión del Blues- Hard- Rock Sureño añejo con las nuevas tecnologías musicales, parecía utópico tratandose de una banda como esta, pero "Eliminator", publicado en 1983, demostraria lo contrario. Después de semejante éxito la banda y su sequito decidieron dejarse llevar y explotar el filón al máximo, "Afterburner", que salió al mercado el 28 de Octubre de 1985, ahondará aun más en los terrenos electrónicos tan de moda en aquella época y que tan buenos resultados les habian dado. Para ello cuentan nuevamente con temas muy comerciales, en "Sleeping Bag" se covijan guitarras y rítmos sintetizados, baterías electrónicas, los excesos de "Eliminator" elevados al cubo. Un año antes de que saliese este disco, Eddie Van Halen, quizás animado por el resultado satisfatorio del disco de Zz Top, banda por la que sentía una admiración total, graba "Jump". "Stages", tiene bastante en común con el tema estrella de "1984", pero sus melodías son incluso más aoreras. De todas formas, que nadie piense que Billy Gibbons se ha quedado dormido, a lo largo de la canción sus riffs están bien presentes. Como en la siguiente "Woke Up With Wood", entre la inicial "Sleeping Bag" (Otra vez esos sintetizadores) y el sonido global de "Eliminator". En este nuevo trabajo descubrimos algo inédito en Zz Top, las "Power Ballads". Ciertamente, "Rough Boy" es empalagosa y Aor hasta decir basta. El tema, tubo su repercusión mediatica sobre todo en el canal televisivo de moda "Mtv". Pero no debemos encender las alarmas, Dusty Hill recupera el encanto nuevamente con la roquera y efectiva "Can't Stop Rockin'", cargada de topicazos pero con una garra descomunal. "Plantet Of Woman", es uno de los temas a los que mejor le ha sentado el nuevo diseño sonoro de Zz Top. Las poderosas guitarras son las acompañantes ideales de una estrofa y estribillo con muchísimo gancho y comercialidad. Quizás el mejor tema de "Afterburner" con el permiso de "Dipping Low (In The Lap Of Luxuri)", otra canción super "Cool" calcada al mejor repertorio de "Eliminator". El no va más de los rejuvenecios barbudos, para bien o para mal, según se mire las componen "I Got The Message" y "Velcro Fly". En ellas, los sintetizadores ya han tomado el control total. Para los puristas fans de "Fandango" o "Tres Hombres", esto quizás pueda ser la gota que colma el vaso. La despedida con la potente "Delirious", seguro que dejará un buen sabor de boca para todo tipo de seguidores de la banda, los antiguos y los que les descubrimos con este disco. Autor: Caído En Little Big Horn ZZ Top, cariñosamente conocido por sus fans como "The Little Ol' Band from Texas", es un grupo estadounidense de southern rock y hard rock formado en 1969 en Houston, Texas. Los miembros del grupo son Billy Gibbons (voz y guitarra), Dusty Hill (bajo y voz) y Frank Beard (batería). Tienen el mérito de ser uno de los pocos grupos de rock que todavía conserva sus miembros originales después de 40 años, además de haber mantenido al mismo manager y productor, Bill Ham. I've got the next dance b. when love comes calling   One of the most distinctive vocalists who arrived during the soul era,  Deniece Williams  is known for soaring, four-octave soprano voice, late-'70s and early-'80s R&B classics such as "Free" and "Silly," and the 1984 number one pop hit "Let's Hear It for the Boy." Born  June Deniece Chandler  in Gary, Indiana, she grew up singing in a Pentecostal church, which forbid the congregation to listen to anything but gospel music. Outside of wanting a 1959 Thunderbird, she had no serious ambitions but was deeply interested in music. Her favorite singers were  Carmen McRae  (for her diction) and  Nancy Wilson, who, for  Williams, exemplified class and elegance. However, her she also looked up to her parents, both of whom sang. From 1968 through 1970,  Williams  recorded a handful of singles for the Chicago-based Lock and Toddlin' Town labels as  Deniece  (or Denise)  Chandler. None of them charted, but "I'm Walking Away" and "Mama, I Wish I Stayed Home" became Northern soul cult classics.  In need of employment and with college on the back burner, the fledgling singer was introduced to personal hero  Stevie Wonder  by John Harris, her cousin from Detroit, who happened to be on tour as a valet for  Wonder  (and was also his childhood friend). Her cousin arranged for  Williams  to meet  Wonder  backstage at a concert. Six months later,  Williams  was flown into Detroit by  Wonder  for an audition. Among the 26 who auditioned,  Williams, who sang "Teach Me Tonight," was one of three hired by  Wonder. The three became known as  Wonderlove. Her touring with  Wonder lasted for several years, a period in which she recorded background vocals for  Talking Book,  Fulfillingness' First Finale, and  Songs in the Key of Life,  Wonder -produced  Syreeta  and  Minnie Riperton  sessions, and other releases by the likes of  Esther Phillips  and  Roberta Flack.

These two labels were manufactured and distributed by Reprise Records. This Frank Zappa-oriented 'Zapped' release is the 6th issue in the series, a compilation geared to promoting both the artists 'signed' to Zappa and the two labels, Straight and Bizarre Records, which Zappa co-founded with Herb Cohen. (These two labels were manufactured and distributed for Reprise Records by Warner Bros. Records from mid 1969 [Previously 7Arts]). The black & white cover of this PRO 368 release has a portrait of Zappa and the title is "Zapped" without an accent over the 'e' (as on a subsequent/similar PRO 368 release with a 'collage' cover & Reprise label). This vinyl's label is pale blue with a dark blue 'Bizarre' text. Issues did occasionally appear later in retail outlets, particularly in Australia.

While  Oldfield  is an amazing guitarist who could play with the best of them, with a lithe synth touch that became a trademark, the bottom line is that the man is a serious composer. All the proof one needs apart from his own records like  Incantations  and  Hergest Ridge  is this killer movie score. While  Oldfield  used a purely Western and neo-classical formal approach to write the music for  Roland Joffé 's dramatization of true events, his musical mates were among the best in the business at helping him to bring it off:  David Bedford  wrote arrangements and directed the choir, while  Eberhard Schoener  helped to conduct and direct another choir (!) and master percussionist  Morris Pert  lent his talents to the mix as well. While many scores written during the 1980s come off as laughable fluff in the 21st century,  Oldfield 's score for The Killing Fields is in many ways far more memorable than the film itself. The music here is full of drama, dynamic, textures, and unexpected twists and turns even in the smallest of the incidental pieces, and carries within it a certain majesty that lacks pomp and remains graceful throughout.

The brief "Blues for Mingus," a wry salute from one master bassist to another (Mingus  died about six months before this album's release), is a cool acoustic breather for piano trio, and the eloquent  Stan Getz  can be detected, though nearly buried under the garish vocals and rock-style mix, on "The Streets of Philadelphia." Yet even the talented  Clarke  in full creative flower couldn't quite fill a double set with new material, so he has a tendency to reprise some of his old memorable riffs a lot, and there are several energetic snapshots of his live band in action. In its zeal to get this two-LP set onto one disc, Epic deleted three of the original 15 tracks -- including at least one gem, the sizzling hard rocker "All About" -- and scrambled the order of the remaining tunes. Which is dumb, because the missing tracks only take up a bit less than 12 minutes of playing time, not enough to overload a 65-minute disc. Hunt for the double-LP version if you can still play vinyl.

That doesn't mean they aren't good, though, and tracks here like "Reet Petite" (written by a young  Berry Gordy  -- many of  Wilson 's songs during the Brunswick years were written or co-written by  Gordy), "Lonely Teardrops," the impressive and moving "Shake Shake Shake," "I Don't Want To Lose You" and "Satisfy My Soul" are all classics and show  Wilson 's considerable stylistic versatility.
