This is the proof that the date provided on the label is indeed correct. These items can be held at a package center for an indeterminate amount of time, which could be caused by numerous issues, and is not at the fault of the shop. 7. How long will it take for the seller to process my order and ship it out to me? 2-3 weeks. Due to the unrest currently, I am lengthening packing times in hopes of finding more secure shipping days/weeks. Personalisation: These swings can be personalised either on the edges or top of the swing... or both. Just select the option that you want and enter the engravings you would like before check out. Please be sure to indicate which letters you want in capitals and which in lower case. For example “Isla’s swing” or “ ISLA’S SWING”. Please also be sure to include any apostrophes etc. As standard I use the classic Times New Roman font but hundred of other fonts are possible - if there’s a particular font you want just let me know - special designs, shapes and images are possible... just get in touch...................................................................... Rope Length: The standard ropes are 5 metres long but if you need extra it's no problem - just let me know and I will send you a quote. Remember - you will need approx 50cm to tie underneath the seat and enough to tie around the branch three times (this will vary depending on the size of the branch!).
