PRESENTACIÓN La Dirección de Proyectos es una disciplina de gestión que se está generalizando rápidamente. Cada vez se trabaja más “por proyectos”, tanto a nivel estrictamente empresarial, como en las administraciones, por lo que resulta imprescindible adquirir las competencias para la gestión profesional en el ámbito de trabajo o estudio. En respuesta a esta necesidad, la Fundación Asmoz (Sociedad de Estudios Vascos) organiza la nueva edición en Project Management - Dirección de Proyectos, completamente online. VENTAJAS Trabajo en equipo y nuevas tecnologías En el mundo de la gestión de proyectos, es necesario tener una idea clara de la metodología de los pasos necesarios para terminar correctamente un proyecto en un entorno de trabajo en equipo con las ventajas de las nuevas tecnologías: wikis, blogs, Drive, Evernote, redes sociales, Moodle, códigos QR (Quick Reponse Codes), Prezi, Podcast, etc… OBJETIVOS - Adquirir las competencias necesarias para gestionar proyectos en situaciones y maneras absolutamente actuales y reales. - Aprender y aplicar con inmediatez los fundamentos teóricos en un entorno de proyecto real y en un escenario de cooperación virtual, en el que todos los miembros del equipo trabajen de forma equitativa y simultánea.
