You are now part of the Analogue Typing Guild! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mod Descriptions O-Rings - Small rubber o-rings are applied to the stem of each keycap. Mutes the "clack" sound of the keycap bottoming out on the switch housing. Can also affect typing feel, so include with caution! Tape & PE Foam - A layer of thin packing foam is added to the bottom of the PCB board and then covered in a layer of tape. Moderate sound and reverb dampening, creates more of a "thock" Switch Foams - Small squares of thin foam are applied around each and every switch slot in the gasket/tray. Creates a buffer between the switch housing and board, reducing unwanted noise and wobble The Works - Get all 3! I lube, film, and tune each switch and stabilizer by hand. Unlubed switches can be inconsistent, rough, and wear down faster. Factory lubed switches can use inferior grease/oil and are often lubed inconsistently. Lubing by hand allows me to put the grease precisely where it needs to go for best performance! Films also provide a shim between the switch casings that also improve typing experience and reduce noise. I am also fiercely passionate about helping others and guiding you to finding exactly what works for you. I want you to be happy. That makes me happy! ???? Finally, all keyboards upon assembly are plugged in, each switch is tested for functionality and quality, and then it is passed on to my official Guild Key Tester for scrutineering!
