During high volume holidays, please allow 3-4 weeks for your shipping confirmation. Additionally, USPS can take roughly 24-48 hours of processing to update tracking during those busy times. All domestic pieces are shipped via USPS or FedEx and fully insured. All deliveries require a signature. International pieces will be via USPS or FedEx or DHL Worldwide Express and fully insured. We do not cover the cost of international taxes and duties. ????Payment Plan It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment will be $100. I will start making the ring once the first payment is received and ship it out once the full payment is received. We can hold your jewelry as long as 120 days! However, for any reason the item is not paid in Full, the Shop keeps the 20% original Down payment as a re-stock fee, the others will be refunded immediately. ????Repairs At HemetJewelry, all jewelry purchased within the last year is eligible for a complimentary 1 time repair for any breakage caused by manufacturer defect. If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and tear, we can still repair it for free within the first year, but you will be responsible for round trip shipping. Repairs needed after 1 year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $25 range + $15 shipping each way). ????Cancel Order Please contact me within 24 hours,if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry a stock, all items are made to order. If the order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $50.Custom item is not allowed to be returned. ????Resizing I can resize your ring up or down 1 size once for free within the first year of purchase.
