This is a RARE set of 4 each "crystal ball" globe glass antique door knobs manufactured in about 1895. These unusual round glass (spherical) 2-1/4" door knobs are in great condition and have solid cast bronze shanks. These heavy (each knob/plate weighs over 1 lb) gorgeous door knobs (with awesome shank patina) are mated to a set of incredible antique heavy and thick wrought bronze ornate Eastlake era door plates with wonderful patina measuring 8" x 2" (at the waist), 2-5/8" at the tips with a set standoff of about 3-3/8". The door plates have really unique raised face design and real late-Victorian perimeter as well. Price is for the set of 4 of these rare old American hardware beauties.
