The metal will oxidize a bit over time, and develop a slightly darker patina. Mine didn't really do this until it was about 15 years old, though. This skirt is a very rare find. The Burberry label is prestigious enough, but the Blue Label is specific to Japan only. I am unsure of the age of this skirt - I bought it used - but the Blue Label was introduced in 1996, so I’m confident in stating this skirt is from the 90’s. This skirt is in very good condition. I have only worn this skirt once, for a photo shoot. There are a few small spots (pictured) on the front of the skirt, but they are not noticeable unless you look closely. For reference I am 5’7”, and was about 140 pounds in the picture. (And I have wide hips) I just had a baby, and I don’t ever think I’ll fit in this skirt again. (it was a tight fit when I wore it) I’m guessing this skirt is a small or medium (I usually wear a medium) and would best fit someone 5’7” or under, or someone who doesn’t have wide hips. *Please measure carefully as I do not offer returns on clothing.*

Descripción: - Broche-cierre dorado de metal con un gato en uno de los extremos, y un ratón en el otro. - Muy simpático y raro, podríamos decir que es un broche con el gato y el ratón como elemento decorativo. - Curioso cierre, donde el gato tiene dos pequeñas piedras verdes como ojos, mientras que, al otro extremo de la cadena, es un pequeño ratón el que tiene una piedra de color morado como ojo, la otra se ha perdido. - No sabemos exactamente lo que es, pero pensamos que puede ser un broche o cierre, que antes se usaban para las rebecas y chaquetas. - Cada extremo se colocaba en un ojal de cada lado de la chaqueta, dejando la cadena colgando en la parte central, y los extremos a modo decorativo. Condition and damage: - The object is in a perfect state of preservation. - It has minor knocks and scuffs due to age and use. - In some places, especially on the protruding parts, the gilding is chipped due to rubbing. - It is complete, except for the purple stone of the mouse's eye. - The Object shows wear typical of it's age.
