Please note that these Codd sea glass marbles are currently very marked from their 100 year journey in the Sea. There are many C marks, where the marbles have hit rocks during their time in the North Sea. This is a feature which makes your sea glass marble more unique. Purist sea glass marble necklace... beach marble sphere... sea glass set in silver plated bezel setting on silver plated chain in length of your choice. The marble has not been channel drilled, it is set in the silver wrapping without having been altered. Marble is between 16-18mm diameter. Codd marbles are approx 80-100 years old. Every marble is unique and if the Sea has been rough, there are lovely tumble marks on it. Occasionally a marble might have a small piece missing, but they are all frosted. This is a feature and makes your marble that bit more special. SIZE Marble is approx 16-18mm diameter Optional 18" sterling silver chain or complimentary silver plated chain in (16"/18"/20"/22" or 24") length CODD MARBLES: The Codd-neck bottle was designed and manufactured to enclose a marble and a rubber washer/gasket in the neck. The bottles are filled upside down, and pressure of the gas in the bottle forced the marble against the washer, sealing in the carbonation. The bottle was pinched into a special shape, as can be seen in the photo to the right, to provide a chamber into which the marble was pushed to open the bottle. This prevented the marble from blocking the neck as the drink was poured. Codd bottles were used until the 1920s in Scotland/UK. Sea glass marble found on the rough coasts of Scotland. This marble has not been altered in any way, there is no glue or channel drilling involved in this piece of jewellery. It is important to me that the marble is 'untouched' just the way it was found on the beach. Marbles are round, ball shaped, spheres. All pictures taken inside without flash.

Adjustable sterling silver and gold filled spiral beaded fidget ring. I have made this ring with movable spinner beads and finished it at both ends with small silver drops so that the beads can't fall off! The beads can be moved from one end of the ring to the other and can be arranged to suit your mood. Great as an anxiety bead ring. The beads are: • one silver hammered bead • one silver oxidised corrugated bead • two 14 karat gold filled beads • one 14 karat rose gold filled bead I use the best quality metals sourced from bullion suppliers in Hatton Garden London. The sterling silver wire is made from recycled silver. I trained in jewellery at University of Arts London and have been designing and making jewellery for the last 20 years. All of my items are handmade in my little studio and each piece is slightly different and unique. ???? Dimensions To confirm your ring size you can take a piece of string, wrap it round your finger and measure the length. This is the internal circumference you need (see chart in photos). The ring size can be adjusted by carefully pulling the ends gently apart in the direction of the spiral or squeezing together while on the finger.
