If there are delays or issues, we will work with you and contact USPS and see what went wrong. If a package is lost or still in transit after 2 weeks, we prepare a new ring for you. International shipments may incur customs delays. We have no control over international customs or arrival time. If you require express shipping please notify us before you place your order. All international packages are insured, so if the package is lost or still in transit after 30 days, we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs. All non-engraved rings can be exchanged free of charge up to two times, after that, a $25 fee will be charged. If a ring needs to be shipped back to us for a return or an exchange, we do not provide a return shipping label. You will need to ship the ring back to us along with a tracking number. If your package gets lost or stolen and you do not have tracking information, we are not responsible and can not replace your item.
