RECEPTIONIST PART TIME EN ESPAÑA
Biopharmaceutical company situated in Barcelona is looking for a Receptionist. Responsabilities: - To attend visitors, and incoming calls in office reception. - To coordinate and distribute out and incoming courier express, ordinary mail, press- - To buy and maintain inventories of: o Stationery (printing material etc) o Kitchen supplies. To maintains and update employees- work contact details (phone, address list-) - Office maintenance: to notify problems with printers and photocopy machine, lights, air conditioning, heating, etc. - To manage all sanctions related with company cars in coordination with Office Manager - To provide general Admin support to HR and General Management if needed Requisitos: - Minimum high school diploma - Medium English level in conversation - 2 years experience in similar position - Basic knowledge in ofimatics Nivel de estudios requerido: Instituto o equiv.
