It’s raw. It’s evocative. It’s perfectly messy. And it’s evolved many times over the past year but “Sunny October” has arrived in its final form as a 14 day healing guide for divorced moms and also women in general seeking to heal subconscious wounds / patterns and build / rebuild their identities. It draws from a lot of my own raw experiences (divorce, motherhood, postpartum) and battles with my own self worth and purpose spanning the years from childhood to my brutal teenage years to present day single mom life. It dually serves as a mini personal poetry anthology and autobiography. It’s meant to offer a road map..an energetic blueprint to help other women learn how to hold and love themselves fiercely, femininely, masculinely, powerfully, unconditionally..No matter where they’ve been or what they’ve gone through.
